This fact of health science should stun individuals trying to lose weight.Nothing less than a walking HABIT over years will let you just maintain a recommended weight. Diet is clearly more important.On the other hand a drastic diet can only lead to malnourishment and poor health.The striking obesity epidemic in the United States must be explained by a combination of poor diet and a lack of regular exercise. But after a certain point obesity is hopeless. It just needs sympathetic understanding.
