I am a 71 year old grandmother, I tried living with one of my children , but as lovely as my daughter is, I felt more lonely then when I lived alone. I tried living in a retirement village, but after 3 years I was exhausted dealing with the social politics . So I moved over 3.5 hours away from my children and grandchildren to the country to find peace , it is affordable rent , larger accommodation, bigger garden , views of the mountains , the people are friendly , most drive old cars like me 😁 I can cope better with people , it’s nice to just smile hello and wish them a nice day and go home alone but not feel alone . 👍🇦🇺 246.5K views View 2,556 upvotes View 9 shares
