Trump's history-making hush money trial starts Monday with jury selection

Not as a Trump fan, not as Biden fan, but as I long time independent democratic socialist, I think the Trump Trial is joke and a mockery of THE LAW. It proves what Marxists have said for years : in capitalist America THE LAW and those oh so JUST JUDGES are never above filthy politics. What is really going on now ,since 2016 , is an ideological BRAWL ( sometimes physical as on that January 6 " day of infamy " ) WITHIN the American ruling class. There is a profound crisis of THEIR TWO PARTY SYSTEM which could make the 2024 presidential election a horrendous meltdown Remember after the 2016 presidential election shockingly won by Donald Trump the mainstream news media never stopped smearing the election as a Russia-Collusion conspiracy. In fact it was at least as legitimate as Joe Biden's 2020 Election victory. We democratic socialists have always taught that ALL elections in capitalist America are rigged in favor of the plutocracy ( which always plays politics to win ) . Not for nothing THIRD PARTIES on the left or on the right do not stand a chance. For now I give critical support to that lesser of " lesser evils " Robert F. Kennedy Jr.- himself a true " Profile in Courage " blackballed and smeared by the mainstream news media.
