As a longtime independent democratic socialist I think that former president Donald Trump's legal hell only confirms the traditional Marxist view of THE LAW. It invariably represents the sometimes contorted will of the national bourgeoisie . Presently there is an ideological BRAWL ( sometimes physical as on that Jan.6 " day of infamy " ) within the American plutocracy . There is a crisis in their TWO PARTY SYSTEM and they know it. WE THE PEOPLE need our own independent party , an American Labor Party , much like the British Labor Party but less stuffy and compromised. For the present, INDEPENDENT presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is the lesser of lesser evils; himself a true " Profile in Courage " smeared and blackballed in the mainstream news media. All we are saying is GIVE HIM A CHANCE !
