Drunks board a RIPTA bus and make a scene

A bunch of old drunks boarded RIPTA BUS 21 circa 4:40 PM Sunday, Jan. 11. I guessed that they would all be dropped off at the notorious Cranston homeless shelter Harrington Hall .I was right.I got off the bus at the Warwick Mall. Where these guy were dropped off at the sprawling Pastore Center there used to be adequate MENTAL INSTITUTIONS for hopelessly lost souls. Today our mental health system has nothing but " cracks ". The de-institutionalization of the mentally ill in the United States many decades go was nothing less than a crime against humanity. NOTE : Alcoholism is a mental illness .
