A rational democratic socialist society ( years ago socialist psychiatrist Erich Fromm called it " THE SANE SOCIETY ) would never have a bourgeois judge make an instant millionaire of anybody with a real or dubious claim of defamation. Nor would there be millionaires and billionaires like Donald Trump who would have that much wealth to lose in any legal case.
