The simple truth is that the exponentially increasing homeless population of the United States - including masses of HUMAN BEING migrants - is on collision course with legally sacrosanct landlord-capitalist PRIVATE PROPERTY rights. Even in talking about THE PROBLEM ruling class bureaucrats - Democrat or Republican - fear even the CLASS STRUGGLE terminology of socialism.
