What public school succeed in teaching

Do any public school teachers in Rhode Island ever get recognized with some " prestigious " award for succeeding in turning a critical mass of their students into INDEPENDENT thinkers - who do not comment on current events, for example, with ready made sounds bites essentially in harmony with what Karl Marx called " the ideas of the ruling class " ? How many of these star teachers would give an A+ to a student essay with the theme that American capitalism has created the very opposite of " The Sane Society " ? How many STAR public school teachers encourage their students to scorn stale Wilsonian blather- FALSE more than a century ago- that is used again and again in the mainstream news media to justify whatever glorious war is on the agenda of American imperialism or Israeli Zionism ? As an aside, a typical high school assistant principal will invariably encourage the less promising male students to visit the local Army, Marine , or Navy Recruiting Office. It does seem that American public high schools today do succeed in teaching : WAR IS PEACE FREEDOM IS SLAVERY IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH
