I am on RIPTA BUS 30 which has stalled near the shopping center near the Cranston police station.Waiting for a rescue bus?The RIPTA bus driver does not have the courtesy to explain the situation to remaining passengers or apologize for the delay. It is cool outside but he leaves the air conditioner on.
