One of the Democrats ( Goncalves ) babbles about encouraging critical thinking skills in public school children - skills which he lacks ! This is a indeed a ONE PARTY state . An honest conservative Republican voice would at least be refreshing ! Would bring some HOPE to hopeless Rhode Island.
