Same old sh--t! . This crap happens every week for months now : The garbage truck shows up twice a week ( ?? ) at 75 Mathewson St, Randal Manor , Cranston Housing Authority . They always leave - for the rats ? - all this garbage on the ground ignored, never picked up. Could both the Republic Service trash pick up and the Cranston Housing Authority be so stupid and incompetent or lazy not to see the HEALTH HAZARD here? Ugly squalor right below my second floor window . One more sign of decaying capitalism USA . And our ruling class want the rest of the world -like Ukraine- to share the blessings of " OUR democracy " ?
