But the CLASS system of capitalism makes a mockery of this ideal every day in the court rooms of the " American Gulag ". The privileged class in the USA is all but guaranteed a FAIR TRIAL for any violation of the legal code. But NOBODY -not even rich people - should be treated with contempt for DUE PROCESS as has Donald Trump . He did not even have a legal representative in that Kangaroo Court Jan.6 investigation by Congress. Earlier the Trump -Russian Collusion investigation was an outright hoax . Trump was at least as much legitimately elected president of the United States in 2016 as Joe Biden was in 2020 . Very close elections naturally raise suspicions on both sides.
