British scientist J.D. Bernal in " Science in History " explained the significance of " exploitation " in the capitalist system

The less than one percent of the population of capitalist America ( " OUR democracy " ) who own nearly as much wealth as the rest of the population combined are simply not infinitely more talented and hard working than the rest of the population. Any sociologist who really thinks like a scientist will appreciate the Marxist concept of " exploitation ". British scientist J.D. Bernal in " Science in History " explained it quite well: [" Marx thus demonstrated that capitalism ,far from being a system of natural justice as the classical economists maintained, was one of extortion imposed by arbitrary force.
