Today is March 17, 2022. As a democratic socialist I always appreciated the candor -even the LUCIDITY - of Donald Trump on many issues. He was right about NATO . Were ordinary working class Ukrainians daydreaming about a cozy alliance with effete, moribund, ROTTING NATO ? Are ordinary working class Americans losing sleep over SOVEREIGN Ukraine ? Is the FREE WORLD that well mapped out ? How is this OUR war ? Does not there exist for Russia the moral equivalent of the famous Monroe Doctrine of the United States? Also a moral equivalent of the Monroe Doctrine for China in regard to Taiwan ?
