Malcolm X would have had a sardonic smile for the first black woman on the Supreme Court - in all due respect

The vicious and fatuous IDENTITY POLITICS of the Democratic Party pretends that appointing black people to high places, affirmative action programs in police departments, more black faces seen doing THE NEWS, more black faces in those outrageously false TV commercials ( for example, the one for funeral insurance ! ) , a black woman named to the Supreme Court of the United States - all this SHOW signifies PROGRESS for ordinary , working class black people. But it does seem that blacks in America are more poor than ever, their public schools ( like right here in Providence, Rhode Island ) are more dysfunctional than ever. All these educated blacks in high places , in positions of authority , only reinforce the real PRIVILEDGED CLASS hold on power, the wealthy owners of PRIVATE PROPERTY in industry , real estate, and natural resources, owners of MONEY CAPITAL in the banking industry, owners of FOR PROFIT hospitals and nursing homes.
Way back in 1965 Black Muslim revolutionary Malcolm X made a connection between racism and capitalism, between racism and imperialism. My favorite Malcolm X quote : " Show me a capitalist and I will show you a blood sucker ". Malcolm X would have laughed at cries for more " black capitalism ". And he would have had a sardonic smile for the first black woman on the Supreme Court - in all due respect.
