[DON’T CALL ME BERNIE — There’s a lot to unpack from President JOE BIDEN’s marathon press conference in the East Room, but let’s start with this statement deep into the 1-hour-and-51-minute event:
“You guys have been trying to convince me that I am BERNIE SANDERS. I’m not. I like him, but I’m not Bernie Sanders. I’m not a socialist. I’m a mainstream Democrat, and I have been.”]
Of course, any REAL socialist has no business in the Democratic Party of the capitalist ruling class. I predict that " socialist " Bernie Sanders (if still around in 2024) will endorse his " progressive friend " Democrat Joe Biden for a second term ( if still around " ) . I can even imagine " socialist " Bernie Sanders endorsing " Wall St. Hillary " a second time . For more than one hundred years prominent " socialists " have been all about betraying socialism . They have a definite " use value " to the American plutocracy. The only people who will never betray socialism are people never corrupted by capitalism -mostly, but not all ,plain working class people . It is always dangerous even to socialize with " charming " rich people: "They are so lovable . How can I even think about taking their wealth away ! "
