I made this video in Kennedy Plaza while waiting for a bus. I had just noticed that a flock of pigeons will come at you in the square as if right out of a scene from the Alfred Hitchcock's classic " The Birds ". Feeding the pigeons only encourages PIGEONS FROM HELL near miss assaults. Pigeons are rather unprepossessing birds which blend in with urban filth and trash and dreary squalor. This sordid scene in Kennedy Plaza often with a half a dozen visibly homeless people sleeping on RIPTA shelter benches or on the steps of Providence Hall right under the nose of shameless WOKE Mayor Elorza now reigning at Providence City Hall itself having as much charm as Poe's " House of Usher " .
