For U.S. imperialism -as Malcolm X would say - " the chickens are coming home to roost " . For decades American imperialism " installed " corrupt dictatorships in these " third world " countries. True , no nation-state on the planet can allow unregulated migration . But today only WORLD GOVERMENT -not based on capitalist DISORDER - can begin to deal with these human tragedies. A DECENT LIVING should be possible in every country -not yet a complete ecological ruin.
