Subject: How General Julius Caesar solved HIS migration crisis in Gaul

A famous Roman general , Julius Caesar , more than 2000 years ago in Ancient Gaul - old Latin students might recall - confronted a similar migration crisis: a dangerous people ( to Rome ) the Helvetians, set out to occupy vast territory bordering the Roman Republic. Great Caesar solved THE PROBLEM ingeniously by genocide. We assume that " OUR democracy " in 2021 is above such brutal solutions to a people problem. Where is the United Nations here ? A world socialist government would establish EQUILIBRIUM on all present day, nation-state borders. This would operate like the CELL MEMBRANE in biology class- regulating chemical traffic going in and going out of the living cell. After all , the HUMAN RACE is one species inhabiting one planet .
