We do need at Randal Manor ( Cranston Housing Authority ) either another day of garbage pickup at 75 Mathewson St, Cranston, RI . OR another trash bin more accessible to frail old ladies who can barely lift the heavy metal lid . Often garbage bags are strewn beside the bin - leaving a sloppy feast for disgusting fat rats .
