Cannot a day go by without some " liberal " Democrat bashing Catholics and the Catholic Church ?

As a lifelong independent democratic socialist I have been appalled for nearly four years by the this Kafkaesque IMPEACH TRUMP circus. I am HAPPY -for ethical reasons ! - that President Donald Trump was ACQUITTED of all charges. PERSONAL HATRED is a force for evil in any democracy - bourgeois or socialist .
And in contrast to the Democrats, Trump as a politician ( not a hypocrite ) is wise to show some respect for the Christian Tradition ( respecting separation of Church and State ) in the United States . The Democratic Party does seem inspired by the odious spirit of the New Atheism. Cannot a day go by without some " liberal " Democrat bashing Catholics and the Catholic Church ? You would think that these Democrats were converts to the militant atheist Ayn Rand .
