Very interesting young Jew view of " socialist " Bernie Sanders. But as a democratic socialist -longtime and independent - I think serious SOCIALISM has no home in the second party of the American plutocracy - now not even the " friend of labor " party of FDR but the Neo-Democrat Democratic Party : war mongering , rabidly pro-Zionist Apartheid Israel, promoting the HATE RUSSIA, New McCarthyism. His own party establishment is beginning to red-bait " commie " Bernie Sanders and oddly enough compare his followers to Nazi "brown-shirts "! The mainstream news media -very pro-Zionist - is implacably hostile to the very term " democratic socialism ". Deep down it would prefer billionaire " Democrat " ( ??? ) Michael Bloomberg - if only he could get elected !. NOTE : Jacob Bacharach also writes for " Truthdig " which lately has stopped " digging for TRUTH and is slobbering over " socialist " Bernie Sanders or any half-" progressive " Democrat .
