As a democratic socialist - a critical " critical supporter " of " socialist " Democrat Bernie Sanders - I have no problem with Chinese cultural institutions on college and university campuses. I can have a sardonic laugh over " Yellow Peril " revivals , the HATE RUSSIA, HATE CHINA New McCarthyism . The socialist in me has little anxiety for the safety of sacrosanct " intellectual property ".
Also the Student Senate at Bryant University might consider condemning Zionist Apartheid Israel for its continuous dispossession and oppression - even genocide -of the Palestinian people.
Just recently Bernie Sanders described Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu as a "racist reactionary ".
