Preferable to superficial grief counseling today (not PC to say a humble word for a good God ) " View from a Hearse " , by Joseph Bayly, is a heartfelt gift to anybody who must witness the unkind, un-pretty death of an innocent child , beloved family member or dear friend.
It must at times seem unctuous to agnostics and hard core atheists . But no human being with a spark of humanity will scorn a mournful mother thinking her dead child is in " a better place ".
Militant hostility to FAITH can only end in a despairing human race.
