Of course, I was NOT looking for a PERSONAL solution to a PUBLIC HEALTH problem.
Is it OVER THE TOP to request the PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT. to put up posters in public libraries requesting chronic coughers to be considerate to people around them - some with challenged immune systems ?
As in hospitals , nursing homes and doctor offices SANITARY MASK dispensers can be made available FREE OF CHARGE .
