It does seem that even SCIENCE has become a god that failed. As a HUMAN institution that was always possible. Even public " celebrity " voices of SCIENCE now for me sound no more credible than those 1990's late night Kevin Trudeau commercials. Not just obscure swindlers but many prominent NAMES in SCIENCE are also soiled by credible allegations of sexual misconduct.
