I did vote for Jerry White for president of the United States ( along with Niles Niemuth for vice president in 2016 ) . I can only commend his courageous display of working class militancy here. He was confronted by the union goons here , no doubt about it . The scene reminded me of " Capitalism - A Love Affair ".
The WSWS position on NOT working within the capitalist controlled trade unions is high debatable on the Left . But it should be debated. Just WHO is right here can only become clear in the struggle. I do believe in socialist pragmatism and LEARNING FROM MISTAKES.
