I mentioned this to a RIPTA bus driver [ Number 30 ] in Kennedy Plaza recently : NO SMOKING is a contemptuously violated rule in Kennedy Plaza bus central bus stop , Providence.
Picture having to share a shelter with three smokers on a cold rainy day .
