Was movie lawyer Atticus Finch right about the integrity of " OUR courts " ?

Michael Cohen hearing: A criminal administration, a reactionary opposition

I recall some writer giving his own original answer to the question - often connected to F. Scott Fitzgerald and " The Great Gatsby " : How are THE RICH ( ruling class RICH ) different from you and me ? Answer : " They all have personal lawyers ".

It is getting harder even for the VERY RICH to feel un-intimidated by their own prison system.. Perhaps righteous lawyer Atticus Finch in " To Kill A Mockingbird " was right about " our courts " potentially LEVELING everybody.

I think Ralph Nader's idealism was based on this - brilliantly naïve - view of THE LAW .

But can you imagine ANY civilization without respect for THE LAW ?
