This released convict Richard Gardner- who does have legal and HUMAN rights- should be defended by ACLU.
I commend a lawyer named Horowitz - mentioned on local radio today - for protesting the lynch mob circus outside Gardner's Washington Park home. My family lived in a very different Washington Park in far better times- the 50s and 60s.
