Dear Mr Rosenberg , Received just yesterday, this is the " document " you requested verifying drastic SNAP changes for very many senior citizens. What makes it NEWS is the number of Rhode Island residents affected. That DHS official who emailed your reporter ( can I talk to this reporter ? )-DENYING any significant changes - was either boldly LYING to you or just playing the usually deceptive PR game of haughty bureaucrats. Can I have his name ?
