U.S. imperialism does not have the military manpower for World War III

          The Marxist analysis of the terrorism directed against iconic buildings in New York City on September 11, 2001 stands up very well 17 years later.

              And in the past few years the United States threatening a different nation state " enemy " - Russia, China, Iran, North Korea , ( and would you believe , Venezuela ! ) every other week makes these " international terrorists " sound like propaganda comic book creations .

           I wondered way back in 2001 : how can they declare war on terrorism ? Would that make anybody in the world with a grudge against U.S imperialism a fair target for CIA-FBI harassment and drone bomb instant death ?

           A " war on terrorism " was by necessity an ENDLESS war -like the war on germs - which modern medicine did NOT win !) .

               It is clear that U.S. imperialism - after years of attacks on the standard of living of working class American - will just not be able to recruit a large enough army to police the whole world .

Could the American imperialists successfully " occupy " Russia , China, North Korea, Iran after a dastardly first strike nuclear attack on these countries ?( What brave American soldiers will gleefully enter a RADIOACTIVE enemy city ? ) Will Germany serve as a dependable ally in Europe with no agenda of its own ?

              What is most likely here is MORE OF THE SAME- more desperate dependence on puppet governments to enforce the New Colonialism in the Middle East and to " contain " Russia and China with the " crackpot realism " ( C. Wright Mills ) of nuclear war preparations.

             The next " American Century " won't last a decade. As a WAY OF LIFE madness is doomed . You don't even have to be a revolutionary socialist to understand that .
