The PLASTICS nightmare

[ Moreover, as they degrade into increasingly small pieces, what are called “microplastics” (less than five millimeters long), these particles enter the food chain ]

Now I read reports about these " microplastics " being detected in " pure " spring water in plastic bottles.
The reason we buy so much bottled water is that we are aware of the contaminants ( lead , mercury, bacteria ) in home tap water.

I think Mother Nature will soon prove to be the supreme court of judgment on the irrational, unjust capitalist system.

Waste plastics poison the food chain and contribute to global warming

I recall a scene in the popular movie " The Graduate " where a young Dustin Hoffman is told by some friend of the family that he had a future in " PLASTIC " .
