Not just here in Rhode Island at the ACI but all over the country the " American Gulag " is a documented ( but not by the mainstream news media) crime against humanity . A United Nations official recently noted the contempt for the poor and working class in our ballyhooed " democracy ".
Will we ever know the true stories of these two prison deaths ? Have they been assigned to a NOBODY under-class, unworthy of even a cheap obituary ?
Not from the Providence Journal -which like their chosen leader " Wall St. Gina " Raimondo- serves only the interests of the plutocracy.
Prison conditions in the USA are deplorable . Where are the muckrakers ? All in exile -with Julian Assange and Edward Snowden ?

Rhode Island prisons officials are investigating two weekend deaths at the state prison in Cranston.
