I find it impossible to come to some fair judgment on these convoluted sectarian disputes . At age 70 I just don't have the time. But should it be an easy matter to judge by an individual's whole life whether he was friend or an enemy of the working class ? The vast majority of working class radicals can never be corrupted by ruling class intrigue. They can be confused and demoralized but not corrupted. I recall Leon Trotsky said somewhere that the Stalinist regime bought the CONSCIENCE of corrupted leaders around the world as if it were a sack of potatoes- but the conscience of humanity will not be bought. But how cheaply to be bought some souls
