Subject: Homeless beggar at Garden City needs IMMEDIATE attention !
The emaciated nearly brainless wreck of a homeless man is probably right now begging in front of DUNKIN DONUTS at the edge of Garden City in Cranston.
I have passed by him several times in the past few weeks. His face is all red and blotchy- as if he had some contagious disease . He is not very articulate. Next time I see him I will politely try to take a digital photo -and get some background information on the poor soul.

This homeless guy needs IMMEDIATE medical attention -more than spare change.
