Who was arrested for drunk driving in Washington Park, Providence circa 1955 ?

Yes, the record of our PAST matters. Archives are the next best thing to a time machine. I notice that even public and college libraries are getting careless about old books ( They might be PURE GOLD to the passionate minority ) .

I wish the Providence Journal could have a digital archive of the not so long gone past. It would be nice to know who was arrested for drunk driving in Washington Park, Providence circa 1954-1955 . Microfilm is very tedious
