Justice Ginsburg, in R.I. remarks: Fierce partisanship will not last forever

Is Justice Ginsberg blind to the New McCarthyism promoted by " liberal " Democrats ? Are WE THE PEOPLE to believe that CAPITALIST RUSSIA is still OUR enemy - even depriving us of Wonderful Hillary as the first woman president of the United States ? 

The Supreme Court is hardly a pillar of " democracy " in America. It invariably puts property and Corporate rights above human rights.

 How can she not see that the country is moving toward a BIPARTISAN fascism ? Thank God for Edward Snowden !
