  True enough, this young -and foolish-student Otto Warmbier is guilty of a prank with serious consequences in the North Korean police state.

  I also suspect that the secret police- in the service of a madman  [   Kim Jong-un.^[13]      ]                 who makes the stories of the Roman Emperor Caligula all the more credible- did a background check on Warmbier. He is connected to this mysterious , semi-secret Z Society at the University of Virginia.

    Any such society hardly screens members on democratic principles. Members almost always are " connected " to the upper class.

    Beware any male or female on campus who steps on a painted Z symbol. Hard to believe that Otto Warmbier could be so motivated- with the help of Vodka ? - to " insult " the North Korean Caligula- for a used car. Also on a Church mission ?
Whatever , Otto Warmbier is now a useful pawn for North Korea.
