Any democratic socialist is well aware of the rotten conditions in the American Gulag. The whole world is aware of this. But not our neo-liberal Hillary Democrats. For them " love and kindness " is all about pandering to race, gender, and sexual orientation - mostly for the benefit of petty bourgeois social climbers. 

Education in prison ? I recall the prison education of Malcolm X. Yes, those books kept Malcolm up at night. They were more " subversive " than brainless violence : 

" ... told the newspaper that the takeover was likely the result of unresolved tensions finally bubbling over. "  

Sounds like the whole country USA under bully Donald Trump and his White House " Junta ". As Malcolm said : " By any means necessary " .
