I
commend former Providence mayor Joe Paolino for showing some practical compassion
on housing the homeless people at the old St. Joseph Hospital building.
But does Mr. Property realize how much PRIVATE PROPERTY right causes the
homeless problem ?
To
be sure, Governor " Wall St. Gina " is clueless about helping the poor
and the working class in Rhode Island. No help for the many victims of
the state's dysfunctional new computer system ? Lay off more social
workers ? That will help the homeless !
