I am sure Catholic Bishop Tobin appreciates the principle of benign authoritarianism.
Chaos is not the path to social justice.The panhandling problem is both systemic and individual.
Our American society is becoming unglued. It is pathetic to see a disorderly homeless person puffed up with his or her rights ( the right to be homeless ? ) but without a purpose in life, without a compass.
Hope and purpose does not exist for the alienated in capitalist society. Pope Francis understands the nature of social evil.
The solution is NOT to fire Rhode Island social workers.
