The American plutocracy needs the many illusions of " democracy " just to make itself tolerable to the working class majority. One of these illusions is that of the LAW being above the class struggle.
None of the Supreme Court Judges would have been appointed if their loyalty to the capitalist ruling class had not been tested over many years.
Just imagine a Supreme Court ruling on capitalist private property right- should a socialist government be legitimately elected ?
What is the real case against Trump ? No working class American kid looking at billionaire Donald Trump as president in the Oval Office can be told : " Any kid can grow up to be president now ! "
And yet I see Trump as a " lesser evil " than Hillary Clinton. But I won't vote for " The Donald ".
Even Ralph Nader has a few good words for Donald Trump.
