Is Jill Stein the new Bernie Sanders ?

In general, American political battles assign too much importance to individual personalities - all of whom are shaped by roots in this or that economic class -or this or that profession in the strait-jacket division of labor in capitalist society.

Class society would be dysfunctional if millions of " middle class " individuals did not indeed put aside social conscience whenever it seriously conflicted with ambition for " success  ".

All that cant about LOVE at the Democratic National Convention. Most of these people really fear that an abrupt change in the status quo ( Trump ? ) wou
ld threaten their comfort and security.
There is not a hint of the old New Deal idealism in the Neo-Democrat Party.

If Jill Stein is the new Bernie Sanders I hope she is more clear about taking on the ONE PERCENT. In general, democratic socialists challenge the very moral legitimacy of " legitimate " wealth. And they are not besotted with philistine respect for the American Constitution - which has served so well our ruling class.
