What elites everywhere -on so called " left " and on the right- are subverting is the concept of " popular democracy ", of majority rule.
We see this in enforced " political correctness " in the United States.
The presumption is that the working class is just too vulgar and bigoted to make RIGHT choices, right judgments.
Above all they must not be able to vote out these elites, political or economic.
