A huge vacant building like the Superman building overlooking the homeless in Kennedy Plaza is indeed public business and also too big to fail. It should be converted to community property with no compensation and a fine for the owner for creating a public nuisance.
" PRIVATE PROPERTY : KEEP OUT " - that is the essence of capitalism. And every YOUR HONOR in the country knows it.
