What is the point of seeking the " motive " of a severely mentally ill man ? For a long time now many mental health professionals have been aware of the moral catastrophe created by 50 years of " de-institutionalization ".
And American psychiatry has become too corrupt to SEE the dangerously mentally ill. Nothing but the wrong drugs and shabby group homes - or homelessness- and the prison system and on- the- spot executions for the mentally broken ones ?
Shame on America ! Better to spend all our tax money on the New Colonialism in the Middle East- driving those poor people to ISIS style insanity ?
