A little bit of irony here: George Bernard Shaw was a Fabian Socialist - still very " politically incorrect " by the standards of " respectable " opinion in American capitalist society. Also, it seems that the billionaire eccentric- ( over-vilified , to be sure ) Donald Trump is the presidential candidate most likely to adapt the world to himself.
We " socialists " are notoriously more collective minded.
