The two party system exists to maintain the control of the
plutocracy. The " socialist " Democrat Bernie Sanders is a delightful
anomaly and I will vote for him in the Rhode Island Democratic Primary- a
protest vote .
Protest against what ? The corrupting influence of the ONE PERCENT in the affairs of state, against unacceptable economic inequality.
I commend Donald Trump for exposing these plutocrats - being one himself. To millions now they merely seem like paragons of Ayn Rand's " Virtue of Selfishness " .And so boring and low energy !
All things come to pass -even the rule of the foolish rich.
Bernie Sanders should team up with Jill Stein, the presidential candidate of the Green Party. Then we might finally see DEMOCRACY IN AMERICA.
