I love the poetic connotations of " Democracy Spring ".
Neo-liberal intellectuals imagined that history ended with the collapse of the Stalinist Soviet Union in the early 90s.
These deep thinkers imagined that world capitalism had an eternal reprieve. But now even the American capitalist way of life will soon be a relic of the past - Gone With The Wind.
Not even Wall St. and the venerable stock market is forever.
